How you will learn

Course dates are offered to attend in person or online via video conferencing.

You will have access to your online materials from the Course Start Date. These materials contain pre-reading and compulsory exercises that must be completed prior to the commencement of the course workshop and to obtain your PMC completion statement.

You can access your materials at anytime, anywhere and on any device.

THREE-DAY WORKSHOP

The three-day workshop is usually held over Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The workshop is not only an opportunity for you to engage in practical exercises and tutorials with legal industry experts, it is also a great chance to mix and connect with other legal professionals.

ASSESSMENT

We want you to finish the course with the knowledge and skills to be a competent and successful practice manager.

You will undertake four assessments throughout the course, either during your three-day workshop or online after the workshop concludes.

Successfully completing each assessment will provide you with the confidence that you have developed the expertise to excel at the practice of law.

 

ACCREDITATION

The LPMC is accredited by the Legal Practitioners Education and Admission Council for the purposes of obtaining a Category A or B Practising Certificate.

Our presenters are all experienced practitioners who we select using a number
of criteria:

  • Experience with establishing their own legal practice/s or relevant
    consultancies
  • Up-to-date with industry trends
  • Knowledge of strategic management and business solutions gained in
    leadership roles in law and accounting firms
  • Specialist legal educations in their fields of expertise
